Our standard of work
If any part of a completed detail doesn't meet the scope you approved, tell us within 48 hours and we return and correct it at no charge. We would rather come back than have your vehicle leave below standard.

You book online, in about two minutes
Pick the package, your vehicle size, any add-ons and the arrival window that suits you. The full price is on screen before you confirm — no quote-by-phone games.
You place the deposit
A $50 deposit holds any standard detailing appointment, and $99 holds a ceramic coating date because those take a full day or two of the calendar. Either way it comes straight off the final invoice — it is not an extra fee.
We talk before we arrive
You get a text confirmation the same day, then a short call or message the day before: where the vehicle will be parked, what is concerning you most, whether anything on the estimate should change.
We walk the vehicle together
On arrival we go around the car with you, point out what we see — etching, swirls, a stain that may not come all the way out — and agree the scope. If it costs more than the estimate, you hear it then, not after.
We work self-contained
Our own water, power and lighting. Nothing plugged into your house, nothing run off your spigot. You can go about your day; most standard details are done in three to four hours.
We hand it back and show you
A final walk-around under lights, an explanation of what we corrected and what we protected it with, and honest care instructions. Then the balance, minus your deposit, is due — card, tap or check.

Why do you take a deposit at all?
Because we hold a specific half-day or full day for one vehicle and turn away other work for it. The deposit is how both sides know the date is real.
Is the deposit extra money?
No. It is applied dollar-for-dollar to your invoice. A $315 Signature detail with a $50 deposit leaves a $265 balance on the day.
What if I need to move my appointment?
Give us 48 hours and the deposit moves with you to the new date, no questions. Inside 48 hours, or a same-day cancellation, the deposit covers the lost slot.
What if the weather turns?
We reschedule at no cost and your deposit carries over. We would rather move the date than rush a coating in the wrong conditions.
